Built for the people who show up early and stay late.
ProTradesMax exists because the office side of a trade business shouldn't be harder than the work itself. We've sat in trucks, in dispatch rooms, and at kitchen tables doing payroll at 11 PM. That's who we're building for.
Why we started
A few years back, a friend who runs an HVAC shop asked us to look at the seven different tools he was paying for — a spreadsheet for bids, a CRM that nobody used, a scheduler that techs ignored, QuickBooks for invoices, a notes app for customer history, and two text threads for dispatch. Nothing talked to anything else.
We built a prototype in a weekend that did three of those things at once. He stopped using two of his tools that month. The rest is ProTradesMax.
Who we serve
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, roofing, low-voltage, fire & safety, garage door, appliance repair. Anyone who sends a crew to a property to fix, install, or maintain something.
Shops from 3 trucks to 80. Office staff who’d rather quote one more job than fight with software. Techs who need the app to load on a flaky LTE signal in a crawl space.

Every feature ships after a real contractor uses it for a week. If it slows a tech down, it doesn't ship.
