Builders, not theorists
Everyone ships. PMs sit in dispatch calls. Designers ride along on service trucks. Engineers know the chart of accounts.
Remote, with intent
Distributed across North America. We get together in person two or three times a year — small enough to fit in one room.
Calm, not chaotic
No on-call Sunday standups. Deep-work blocks are protected. We sleep on big decisions before announcing them.
High agency, low ceremony
Strong opinions, weak ego. If you see a thing, fix the thing. Process exists where it earns its keep — nowhere else.
